Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://boothsmobileservices.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Booth's Mobile Services markets and arranges Car AC Repair, Engine Repair, Brake Repair, Oil Change Service, Transmission Repair, Car Tune-Up, Jump Start Service, Vehicle Diagnostics. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Booth's Mobile Services or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Termination. Booth's Mobile Services may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
No Warranties. Booth's Mobile Services disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Booth's Mobile Services's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Booth's Mobile Services from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Law and Venue. TX law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in TX.
Term Changes. Booth's Mobile Services may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
